Birthday, iodine and stirred embers

Since my last post a few things have happened (one would hope so!). I have had a birthday which I enjoyed - given some lovely things, taken to see "menopause, the musical".. which was hilarious, went down to Ballina for a weekend
Taking iodine and hopefully won't end up needing thyroxin or adrenalin.. But time will tell. "adrenal burnout". .. And the endocrine system is still attempting to prove itself alive with the mooning over impossible 'romantic' situations - but then it's lovely to be feeling such stirrings again. The 'inner critic ' has a field day with such inclinations, but still enjoyable. Hope all is well in your world, :-)
